Medical disclaimer

The single most important page on this site. Please read it before you act on anything here.

Last updated 21 September 2026

If you are seriously unwell, stop reading and contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999. Nothing on this website is a substitute for that.

This is education and coaching, not medical care

Everything published here — the newsletter, the practices, the exercises, the recorded calls, the articles — is general health education. It is written for a general audience. It is not personal medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not treatment. It cannot take account of your history, your medication or your circumstances, because it was not written for you.

No doctor–patient relationship

Reading this site, subscribing to The Note, joining The Community or booking an intro call does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Dr Reddy. Dr Reddy is a registered medical practitioner, but he is not acting as your doctor in these settings, and he is not a substitute for the clinicians who are.

Your own doctors stay in charge

  • Never stop, start or change a prescribed medication on the basis of anything here. Talk to whoever prescribed it.
  • Never delay seeking medical attention because of something you read here. If something feels wrong, get it looked at.
  • Keep your existing appointments. Nothing here is a reason to cancel one.
  • If a clinician has advised you against particular changes to diet, exercise, fasting or sleep, follow their advice over anything here.

What we do not do

We do not diagnose. We do not prescribe. We do not order tests, and we do not interpret test results for individuals. If you show us a result, we will tell you to take it back to whoever ordered it — not to be difficult, but because they know why it was ordered and we do not.

Group settings

Questions answered on a live community call are answered for the room, not for you personally, however specific the question sounds. Please do not treat an answer given in a group as advice about your own case.

No guarantees

Health is individual and uncertain. We make no promise about any outcome, and anyone who does should be treated with suspicion. What we offer is better information, a clearer structure and someone to think it through with.
