Terms of engagement

What is being sold, what is explicitly not, and what happens if something goes wrong. Written to be read rather than to be survived.

Last updated 21 September 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms apply to everything bought through this website: The Note, The Community, The 90 Days, and any private engagement agreed separately. The provider is the practice entity named in your engagement email, whose registered address is given on request, registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”). Dr Neel Reddy is registered with the General Medical Council, registration number is shown on request.

2. What we provide

We provide health education, coaching, structured programmes and written plans. In plain terms: we help you understand your own health and decide what to do about it.

What is explicitly not included

  • We do not diagnose. Nothing we provide is a diagnosis or a clinical assessment.
  • We do not prescribe and we do not advise on your medication. That remains entirely with your GP, specialist or pharmacist.
  • We do not order or interpret tests as part of any programme. If you choose to have testing done, the results belong with whoever ordered them.
  • We do not replace your doctor. Your GP stays your GP throughout, and we will tell you to go back to them whenever that is the right answer.

If what you need is medical treatment, we will say so and decline the work. That happens, and it is not a failure of the process — it is the process.

3. The intro call

The free fifteen-minute call is a scoping conversation to work out whether any of this is a fit. It is not a consultation. No diagnosis is given, no results are reviewed and no medication is discussed. The intake form asks about your goals only — please do not send symptoms, medications or medical history.

4. The Community — £15 a month

  • Billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Group calls are one-to-many education. Nothing said on a group call is personal clinical advice, however specific the question.
  • Calls are recorded for the archive. Neel presents; participant questions are taken with recording paused unless you give written consent.
  • Materials are for your own use. Please do not redistribute protocols, recordings or exercises.

5. The 90 Days

  • Places are limited and are confirmed only after the intro call. The fee and any payment schedule are confirmed to you in writing before any payment is taken.
  • The fee covers one 90-minute session and three 45-minute reviews with Dr Reddy, a written protocol revised at each review, and bounded email support (two messages per review cycle).
  • Testing is not included. Any testing is arranged separately and independently of us, and its cost is discussed with you before anything is arranged.
  • Sessions not used within the quarter are not carried over unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Rescheduling and cancellation

  • You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Inside 48 hours, the session is treated as taken except in genuine emergencies — and we will always be reasonable about what counts.
  • You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the first session has not taken place. If it has, we will refund on a fair pro-rata basis.
  • After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. If we cannot help you, we would rather refund you than keep the money — ask.
  • We may end an engagement if it becomes clear that what you need is medical care rather than education. In that case you get a pro-rata refund and, where we can, a pointer to the right person.

6. Private engagements

Private engagements are agreed individually and governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract on any particular terms.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Prices include VAT where applicable.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Tell us if a doctor has advised you against changes to diet, exercise or sleep.
  • Keep seeing your GP or specialist as they have asked.
  • Do not stop, start or alter any prescribed medication on the strength of anything we provide.
  • Use your own judgement. Everything we give you is information to decide with, not instruction to follow.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

10. Complaints

Tell us, and we will take it seriously. Email [email protected] with “Complaint” in the subject. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and respond substantively within fourteen. If you remain unhappy, you may raise concerns about Dr Reddy’s professional conduct with the General Medical Council.

11. Intellectual property

Protocols, recordings, written materials and the contents of this site remain ours. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for yourself.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you buy. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
