One to one · with Neel
The 90 Days
A quarter, one to one, all of it with me. Long enough to work on something properly, short enough to review honestly.
£2,000 for the full ninety days. Places are limited: join the waitlist and you can secure your place straight away.
A small first phase, by waitlist.

What happens
Four conversations, and everything in between.
Most of the value is not in the first session. It is in what happens when life gets in the way and we adjust together.
- BeforeBefore we meet
Where you are now
We start with what brought you here, whether that is curiosity, a worry or simply feeling tired. A questionnaire you fill in at your own pace, and simple measurements where they help. I read it carefully beforehand, and if you mention anything that worries you, I will ask you to speak to your own doctor first.
- 1Week one
Ninety minutes
The long conversation. What you are hoping for, what has already been tried, and what is genuinely getting in the way. You leave with something written — a sequence, not a list of everything.
- 4·8·12Weeks 4, 8 and 12
Three reviews
Forty-five minutes each, with me. What held, what did not, and what we change. This is where the real work happens, and it is meant to be honest rather than tidy.
- 90Throughout
Between sessions
Email support when something comes up, answered properly rather than instantly. The aim is that you leave able to lead your own health, not dependent on me.

It begins with a conversation, and some of those end with me saying this is not for you.
This first phase is deliberately small. I am working through it with a handful of people so it is shaped by real experience rather than theory, and I will ask for honest feedback along the way. I would rather leave a place empty than fill it with someone I cannot help.

The quarter, plainly
What the quarter gives you
- Four hours with me, one to one, none of it handed to anyone else
- A written plan that is yours to keep, revised at every review
- A careful intake, read and thought about before we speak
- Email support across the quarter
- An honest conversation at day ninety about whether to continue
Said plainly, up front
- Testing. Not part of the programme. If you would like any tests, please talk to your GP.
- Diagnosis or treatment. This is coaching and education. Your GP remains your doctor throughout.
- Prescriptions or medication advice. That belongs with whoever prescribes for you.
- Reading your results. Results belong with whoever ordered them — they know why they did.
- A promised outcome. Nobody can honestly promise one, and I will not pretend otherwise.
The investment
Agreed in conversation.
For this first phase, the fee is confirmed on our call and in writing before you commit. Nothing is taken until we have spoken and we both think it is right.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
Your guide: Dr Neel Reddy, consultant in emergency medicine. His story.
Do I have to pay before I speak to you?
No. You send a short form, we have a free conversation, and only if we both think it is a good fit does anything else happen. Nobody should commit to a quarter of work on the strength of a web page.
Why a first phase?
Because I would rather build this with real people than present something untested. The first people I work with help shape how it runs, and I ask them for honest feedback as we go. The care is the same; the fee for this phase is agreed with you before you commit.
What if it turns out I need a doctor rather than a programme?
Then I will say so, and refund whatever is unused. That is written into the terms rather than left to goodwill.
What happens at the end?
We talk honestly about whether continuing would help. Some people carry on into something longer, some settle into the community, and some are simply done — which is a good outcome, not a lost customer.
Is it in person or online?
Online, which is what lets me fit it around clinical shifts. In-person time is part of the longer private engagements rather than this one.
