Slowing down is a skill. Children can enjoy learning it.
Playful, practical sessions on how the body handles stress, and simple ways to settle it: breathing games, movement and a moment of stillness. For schools, family days and retreats, taught by a consultant in emergency medicine.

What a session looks like
Notice. Breathe. Settle.
Notice
What the body does when we are worried or excited, explained in words children use: a fast heart, tight shoulders, a busy head.
Breathe
Breathing games that make a longer out-breath fun: bubbles, balloon bellies, slow counting. Things they can take home.
Settle
A little movement, then a moment of stillness, so everyone feels the difference for themselves.
Formats
Shaped around your group.

Schools
Assemblies, classroom sessions and health days, adapted for each age group.

Parents and staff
Short talks on supporting calm at home and in the classroom.
Where Neel has taught young people:

How Neel works with young people
Careful, simple, and fun.
- Sessions run with school staff or organisers present, and follow your safeguarding policies.
- General education only: no individual medical advice, and no health questions asked of children.
- Photos and video only with the organiser’s and parents’ consent.
- Content adapted for ages from early years to teenagers.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
What ages do you work with?
From early years to teenagers. Each session is adapted for the age group, and mixed family groups work well too.
How long is a session?
Usually 30 to 60 minutes for schools. Family workshops and retreat sessions can be longer.
What does it cost?
It depends on the format and the group. Neel will suggest options after a short conversation about what you need.
