Events and experiences — Dr Neel Reddy
Dr Neel Reddy speaking to an audience

Come and notice what happens.

Wellbeing should not only be something somebody tells you about. It should be something you can experience, observe and understand for yourself. That is what these are for.

The signature experience · BE READY

Understand your own patterns.

“Noticing what is happening in your body can help you respond differently.” Every evening is built around that idea.

1

The talk

About fifteen minutes on what stress is, and why the body keeps behaving as if danger is present.

2

The experience

We move from understanding to noticing: what is happening in your body, right now.

3

Sound

A guided sound experience. Many people notice a change; some do not.

4

Observation

A simple before-and-after self-rating of how you feel.

5

Reflection

What you noticed, what surprised you, and what it might mean for an ordinary week.

6

A next step

Only if it is useful: the weekly note, the foundation programme, or nothing at all.

Other formats

From belief to experience.

Rather than asking you to believe that breath, sound or attention change your state, these are built so you can notice for yourself what changes, if anything.

Experience evenings

An evening bringing together experience, awareness and measurement — including sound, breath and a chance to notice how you feel before and after.

Workshops

Half a day, smaller rooms, more participation. People leave with something written for themselves rather than notes about somebody else.

Corporate sessions

For teams whose decisions are expensive and whose recovery usually is not protected. Practical, unhurried, and free of the usual wellbeing vocabulary.

Coming up

Where to find me.

No public dates yet. The first evenings are being arranged now. People on the weekly note hear about dates first, before they appear here.
